Eko-Lan Kennel, though it had no name at the time, was established in 1955. We bred our first litter in 1959. In that litter, sired by GV Troll v Richterbach out of Copper Lady of Kanawaki, came our first Champion, 1962 Maturity Victor Ch Eko-Lan's Aragon CDX.

Aragon received his CD and CDX in seven shows (shown twice under same judge), with and average score of 198.7. He was never defeated in an obedience trial. His last time shown he was BOB, 1st Working Group, and highest scoring dog.
