To generate a pedigree from my database, follow these steps:
Enter part of the name (or kennel name) of the dog you are searching for in the field below, and click on the search button.
You will be presented with a list of dogs in my database that match what you have entered. Select the dog that you want from that list, and the pedigree will be generated for you.
The database currently contains about 15,000 dogs. This is still in the development stage, so if you get any error messages, please email me with the name of the dog you were searching for and I will try and track down the problem (usually it is a mispelled entry in my database). If you spot any incorrect information, please send me the corrections and I'll update the database. If you would like to submit additional pedigrees, I'd be glad to add them.
I'm working on features like OFA info and longer pedigrees, so stay tuned for future enhancements.
Please Note: to help when searching there were some limitations to the database when I first set it up. Currently there are no apostrophes allowed ('), in most cases they have been omitted or replaced with a space. I may be able to fix that in the future. Ampersands (&) created problems and have been omitted or replaced with the word "and" depending on the situation.
If you see an X that means that I just don't have the sire or dam to continue with that pedigree in the database, and is not an error.
